Well-located double room in a welcoming house

One of our current housemates is sadly moving on so we have a room available in our house.

The room is a furnished double room on the second (top) floor of the house at the back, with Velux window for plenty of light.

The house is located minutes from Granary Square on a quiet residential street. The house has four bedrooms, a full bathroom plus a shower room and second toilet, a living room, large kitchen and plenty of storage space. In addition we have an patio/garden area which is great in the summer.

The current housemates are Trevor, Morwenna and Jonah, all professionals who have been living here for a number of years. Everyone does their own thing but also can enjoy watching tv/films together, having a a barbeque or just catching up in the kitchen.

We treat the place as a home rather than just a house and it would be great for any new housemate to feel the same. We are a pretty relaxed household and would be looking for someone likeminded, respectful of housemates and keeps the house generally clean and tidy.

Bills are not included in the rent but generally averages at around £100-£120 a month on top. This will include water, internet, Council Tax (Band D) paid monthly, gas and electric (paid quarterly) and then we occasionally have a cleaner and pay for essentials for the house (i. e. toilet paper, washing up liquid etc).

Contracts, references and payments go through an agency.
