I’m looking for a friendly working professional in their late 20s or 30s to take over my current flatmate’s room in a modern two-bedroom flat, ideal for someone looking for a long-term let.

The flat is in a well-maintained building with a concierge and is within easy walking distance of King’s Cross and Angel, with excellent transport links, restaurants, cafés and shops all nearby.

The bedroom is spacious with excellent storage, so there’s plenty of room for clothes and belongings without feeling cramped.

The flat also has:

* A lovely private balcony, ideal for unwinding after work and enjoying some beautiful sunset views.

A little about me: I’m a working professional and split my week between working from home and the office. I’m easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone similar who enjoys a clean, relaxed home.

This is a tenancy changeover from my current flatmate, with all referencing and contracting handled by Life Residential. The current tenancy runs until October 2027, although there is a 2-month notice period, providing some flexibility.
