The flat is located in coal drop yards, next to 2 parks that are open 24/7. Many good places and coffee shops nearby and KC station and KC International at 8-10 min walk! 🚶
Our building has a gym, 24/7 concierges and a bike storage and a rooftop and some other amenities!
The flat: the room is a good/big size (has a desk, wardrobes and a large bathroom with a bath that’s an en-suite). We as well have a decent size living room and a very nice modern kitchen! We have a cleaner coming bi weekly who cleans the whole flat which is included in the price:) 🧼
About us: you be sharing with a couple in their mid/late 20’s And a very cute pug. Just heads up, one of us is trans/non binary so would need someone who is fine with that.
Outside that we very social, travel a lot and come with many discounts for dinner/parties in central and member clubs!
