Room is bright cosy room with a double bed. Minimally furnished - bed, shelf unit, bedside table. There is a separate wardrobe in the corridor.

Room is 2.2m x 3.4m approx.

The flat is a two bed with living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. There is a small balcony off the living room.

Located between Kings Cross and Caledonian Road - ideal for CSM or UCL students.

I am a 26yr old recent architecture graduate and I've lived here for 3 years already. I have a dog who is a 3 yr old golden retriever x Labrador. I am vegan so ideally looking for veggies/vegans but not a dealbreaker. The building is friendly and lots of the neighbours chat and have a WhatsApp.

You would be a joint tenant with contact to the landlord and the contract would be rolling in line with the new renters right act.

Deposit will be arranged with the landlord.

Disabled access:
The flat is on the first floor with step free lift access. The doors are 77cm wide. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a rough turning circle of at least 1m. The flat was built in 2008 so is relatively accessible but is not specifically adapted for disabled people e. g. grab rails. Happy to answer questions on this
