We have a bedroom opening up in our lovely penthouse apartment located right at the canal at Kings Cross. The bedroom comes with a bed, a built-in wardrobe, small desk, and a small balcony. The apartment is flooded with natural light all day long. There is one bathroom and a kitchen adjacent to the living room. Bikes can be stored inside the building. Kings Cross and all its public transport is accessible within 10 minutes walk from station.

**What we are looking for:
We are looking for respectful person in their late 20s/30s, kind, tidy, not afraid of cleaning, and someone who wants to make this apartment their home. Great if you are good with plants, but not a decision criteria.
You’d be sharing the apartment with two respectful, young professionals in their early and mid 30s, working in design and tech.
