Our flatmate is moving in with their partner, so we are looking for someone to join our spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bath flat.

🛌 The room
Comes with a double bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and a cabinet. The landlord can additionally provide a desk and a chair. You'll be sharing a bathroom and a toilet with one of us. Room is available from November 15. Rent is 1500 per month plus bills and council tax (around 140 pounds per month on average).

🏡 The flat
Modern 3-bedroom flat overlooking the canal. It's south-facing with full-wall windows and plenty of natural light. There is a huge shared living space with a kitchen, dining and living areas and a balcony. The building has a concierge and a communal roof terrace.

The place is just 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross / St. Pancras, 13 minutes walk to Camden Road. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

🫶 About us
You'll be living with a guy and a girl aged 23-30. We're tidy and easygoing. We've got a nice living area, so we like to host a dinner for friends now and then, but generally we keep home chill and cozy.
