Short Term Let: Superb Double Room at King's Cross

This is an ad for a relatively short term lease (from 7th of February until June, albeit some flexibility is possible).

It is a fabulous spacious double room in a splendid location near King's Cross St. Pancras (5 minutes' walk, and 2 minutes' walk from Granary Square with St Martins, all local bistros, bars, Waitrose etc.). The house has a wee garden, modern kitchen and lounge area in a high standard. As I am going to travel and freelance from India over the next 5-6 months, I would be happy to sublet this room over this period.

The location would be perfect for a person who is coming to London for few months' business assignment/ educational course given the proximity of the City, LSE/ UCL, or simply someone who needs a temporary place before setting for a permanent accomodation.

In the house there are 3 other great characters: Aaron who is an academic (fellow researcher in engineering and chemistry) and lectures at UCL, Laura who originally from San Francisco and works in the tech company, and Vicki who is a doctor in the NHS. All very friendly, sharp, considerate and optimistic people.

Therefore, I am very keen to find for that period someone respectful with similar attitude and character to keep the house as it has been.

To keep the balance in the house, the room is available for a male ONLY (apologies...).
