Large rooms in friendly flat in Angel w/ lounge

We have two spacious and light double rooms up for grabs in our amazingly located 4 bed flat. We are hoping to find two lovely people to move in this summer, who is also interested in staying into next year.

You’re a friendly, considerate and tidy person that doesn’t shy away from a drink or two when the sun comes out. You’re hoping to find a ‘home’ not just a place to stay. We’d love it if you were a student/masters student so we can get some money off on council tax bill lol 🙌🏻
The Flat

The flat has thick walls, great internet, a large living room with dining area and a separate kitchen kitted with everything you’ll need - including a dishwasher, oven, gas hob and washing machine. We have two toilets and a great power shower that stays hot for ages!

The flat is in a quiet building, which is separated from the other flats by the stairs, so it’s essentially a detached flat in central London. We have an outdoor eating area, and are lucky enough to share a garden with the block of flats. There is also a safe entry buzzer system and a bike shed.


Room 1 ✨Taken from September, available for just august ✨

The room is conveniently next to our lounge. It is comfortable, warm in the winter and is south facing. The furniture provided is in great condition - solid wood wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, a very comfy double bed with a good quality (fairly new) mattress and ample storage space. Laura is happy to leave desk and chair behind for all that hard work you’ll be doing.

Room 2 ✨Were currently taking with someone and finalising references but this room is potentially free from September✨

The biggest room (as big as the lounge) Don’t be fooled by all the memorabilia, this room is a biggie and has brilliant views of Percy Circus. The dark furniture all comes with the room, including 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and…well there isn’t much more to say except the internet flows, the sun shines and you can wake up knowing you pay the most so you’re the coolest. We need you pls join.

15-20 minute walk to Euston, Farringdon and Old Street and we have nearby bus stops. We’re on a quiet residential road, with lots of historical spaces and are surrounded by period properties.

The nearby parks have been really appreciated during lockdown, and if you have a car, there is plenty of easy on street parking available with a permit. It's really safe, quiet and community minded area!

Useful to know

Bills are approximately £65 a month including - council tax, electricity, gas, water, tv licence and internet

We're afraid we have to say no couples and pets.

Our landlord does allow students but only with a UK guarantor (who is a home owner).
