Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a large, bright double bedroom with your own separate bathroom, just off a side road of the King’s Road in Chelsea.

The location is honestly amazing — right off the King’s Road, with everything Chelsea has to offer on your doorstep. The flat is in an insane location — super central, but the room itself is very quiet. It is a first and second floor duplex apartment, so feels very safe, and the whole place has lovely high ceilings. There is also a private terrace at the back.

I have lived here for the past year while studying and will be very sad to leave. You would be living with a lawyer and her 7-year-old daughter, who are both gorgeous people and very respectful of space. They speak French and Arabic too, although we all speak English together at home. They also have a house in Paris and spend a lot of time there, so you would often have the duplex apartment to yourself — including for much of the school holidays. For example, I have the place to myself for two months this summer. When they are in London during the week, she is in the office five days a week and her daughter is at school.

Rent is £1,700 per month, all bills included, including very good WiFi.

The bedroom is currently slightly more furnished than in the photos by me, and I would be happy to leave some of the furniture I have added if helpful.

You would be a co-tenant, which is a much safer and more secure position than subletting. Boys and girls are both welcome. We are looking for someone respectful who would love living with them as much as I have. Professionals and students both very welcome.

Move-in date would ideally be late August / early September.
