Two double rooms avail. in a spacious 3-bed flat

I’m looking for two new flatmates to join me in a really lovely, bright and spacious flat in Argyll Mansions, just off King’s Road.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining space, which is definitely the heart of the home. It’s furnished throughout, with wooden floors, modern appliances and plenty of built-in storage. The whole flat is around 100 sqm, so feels pretty spacious for a London flat.

Location-wise it’s moments from King’s Road and close to the restaurants and cafés around Fulham Road. Sloane Square and South Kensington stations are both within easy reach.

I’m looking for flatmates who want the flat to feel like a home rather than three people simply renting rooms. I’d love to live with people who are independent and have their own lives, but are also up for hanging out in the communal space in the evenings - watching something, chatting after work, or going to the local pub etc. No expectation to socialise every night, but I’m definitely looking for a friendly/social household!

I’m keen for the flat to stay clean and comfortable. We’ll have a cleaner for the communal areas once every two weeks, with the cost split between us.

There are two double rooms available, both with built-in storage. One is slightly larger than the other, so the rents are £1,550 pcm and £1,450 pcm respectively (bills/council tax band G not included).
