- Very large kitchen, 2 bathrooms.

Parking space in front of the house.
- We will try to follow only three rules in the house that must be followed by everyone (including me):
Respect, peace and cleanliness!
After that, total relaxation, everyone does what they want.
- Share the house / do not live with the owner.
- The house is very big, with 5 rooms / Only 5 people in the house.
- Each room has a key.
- Quiet and green area with clean air.
- Very beautiful view that includes the garden and the whole Fryent Country Park.
- Beautifully arranged smoking area in the garden.
- Nice place for barbecue, where you can listen to music with a louder sound, without disturbing anyone.
- Scandal, misery or lack of common sense are not accepted !!!
