A lovely furnished room is available in a comfortable 2-bedroom flat, with your own private bathroom/toilet and a large wardrobe for plenty of storage. The flat is currently home to just one couple, so it’s a quiet, friendly and relaxed place to live. There is a large living room with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a washing machine, oven, air fryer and other appliances. The flat also benefits from a balcony and free parking.
The rent is £750 per month, with all bills and internet included, so there are no extra monthly costs to worry about. We also have two friendly cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going who will enjoy sharing a comfortable home. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch — happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
