Hello lovely ladies,

My adorable room will be available ASAP - whenever works best for you. Ideally I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as they can.

Rent is £900 bills inc. Honestly a TOTAL steal for the house and room.

The house is stunning as our landlords are interior designers. We have a huge back garden, driveway and all the kitchen appliances you could need. The house used to be an air bnb so it’s fully kitted. It’s 6 rooms (1 has been converted into a bedroom) and 3 bathrooms.

House mates - Staying in the house are 3 other lovely girls ages 24-27. We do also have live in /live out landlords who come and go. They are super chill and usually stay about 2/3 nights a week. They do their own thing and are often out for a few weeks at a time. The landlord has a daughter who stays with him every now and then but rarely.

We all get on super well and have such a homely family vibe in the house. The girls are Clem, Nuard and was Nicu but a new lovely lady is moving in at the same time you’d be. We like to watch movies and have wine in the garden when we get the chance.

There’s also a little princess called Nala (kitty) and she’s the best. Obvs would be an issue if you’re really allergic to cats.

Post code is SW153RQ, and is about a 5 minute walk from Grasmere Avenue bus stop and Robin Hood Lane bus stop. Takes about 25-35 minutes to get to either Putney or Kingston. Also a ten minute walk to the entrance of Richmond Park. Huge Asda just down the road.
