It is fully furnished except for a coffee table and a TV.
The rent includes all bills EXCEPT the Internet i. e. Electricity, Water, Service Charge, Council Tax, TV license (so you don't have to worry if you have your own TV!).
It's located on All Saints Road, which has interesting shops, cafes and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and is a 5-minute walk from the famous Portobello Road. It's also 5-minute walk to Westbourne Park station, 7 mins to Ladbroke Grove station and about a 15-minute walk to central Notting Hill (Notting Hill station).
You will enjoy this flat if you want a nice spring into late summer experience. I am away for SIX months and will happily have someone responsible take over during that period.
