It is fully furnished including a 50" TV (not shown in the picture).
The rent includes all bills EXCEPT Internet i. e. Electricity, Water, Service Charge, Council Tax, TV license (so you don't have to worry if you have your own TV!).
It's located on All Saints Road, which has interesting shops, cafes and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and is a 5-minute walk from the famous Portobello Road. It's also 5-minute walk to Westbourne Park station, 7 mins to Ladbroke Grove station and about a 15-minute walk to central Notting Hill (Notting Hill Gate station).
You'll enjoy this flat if you want a nice late summer to end of winter 2027 experience. I am away for SIX months and will like someone responsible to take over during that period.
