Lovely Room in a Girls’ Flat - Notting Hill

We’re looking for a lovely professional girl, ideally aged 27–32, to join our girls’ maisonette in one of the coolest parts of Notting Hill/ Ladbroke Grove.

The house is a beautifully renovated two-storey , with a modern kitchen, cosy living room and lots of little details we’ve added ourselves to make it feel like a proper home.

The location is amazing:

5 min walk to Layla Bakery
8 min walk to Cantine
7 min walk to Golborne Road
10 min walk to Ladbroke Grove Station (Hammersmith & City and Circle Line)
17 min walk to Kensal Rise Overground
Around 30 min walk to Queen’s Park
Lines 23, 295, 52 buses in front of the house

The room is the small one in the house, but it has a comfortable double bed and plenty of clever storage.

It comes with:

2 white IKEA shelving units (left by the former tenant)
A small wardrobe inside the bedroom
An additional wardrobe next to the bedroom door, for the exclusive use of the room
A large bedside table/chest of drawers

Everything is clean, bright and white, with a really cosy feel.

The maisonette has been recently renovated and we’ve put a lot of love into making it feel modern, stylish and homely.

We have:
- A Sage coffee machine for anyone who loves good coffee / wants to pretend they’re a barista
- A little matcha station
- A TV with pretty much every subscription you could want
- 2 gorgeous big mirrors in the common areas
- A beautiful, modern kitchen
- A lovely living room decorated by us

The bathroom is also a little unusual and cute — French-style, split into separate areas, so it’s very practical when sharing.

Who you’d be living with:

We’re two Spanish girls who are both very easy-going and sociable — one works in fashion and the other in social media.

We love having a nice home and keeping it clean and cosy, but we’re definitely not the kind of house where everyone disappears into their bedroom. We enjoy cooking, having a coffee or glass of wine together, watching something on TV, etc. — while also respecting everyone’s own space.

We’re very open and international and have previously lived with both Australian and British girls, so nationality is absolutely not important.

And then there’s Miss Betty Lou, our gorgeous British Shorthair cat, who is the star of the house.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, we’re looking for someone around 27–32, professional, clean, considerate and friendly, who is looking for more than just a place to sleep.

Someone who enjoys living with other girls, has their own life and friends, but also appreciates having a nice, social home.
