1 Double Room Available in Notting Hill

We’re looking for a lovely girl to join our flat. We’re right by Portobello Road, around a 5-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove station on the Hammersmith & City/Circle line, and about a 15-minute walk to Holland Park or 20 mins to Notting Hill Gate, so it’s such a nice location.

There are 4 rooms in total and you’d be living with Shannon, Lauren and Grace. We’re all between 25 and 29, so ideally looking for someone around a similar age (25-31)

Lauren is a marketing manager, Shannon works in hospitality and Grace works in Luxury Travel. We’re a really girly flat and all get on really well. We like to occasionally go for drinks, have dinner together or have a catch-up at home, but we all work full-time and also have our own lives, so it’s definitely not a party flat.

The main thing for us is finding someone who is clean and tidy, as we really like keeping the flat cosy, comfy and a nice place to come home to. We’d love someone sociable, easy-going and respectful who is looking for the same kind of relaxed home environment.

The room is a small double with under bed storage, and you’d only be sharing the bathroom pictured with one other person.

Rent is £830 a month and bills are around £100 each (heating is included in rent price!). The room is available from 12th September as a sublet, with a full contract changeover on 3rd October. There is also permit parking available if you have a car! Deposit is £1038.45
