Cozy room in Notting Hill for £1280

Hi all! My flatmate is sadly moving back home and I am looking for someone to take her room!

About the neighbourhood 🏡:
We are located in Notting Hill (Ladbroke Grove area) with a 5 min walk from the Ladbroke Grove station, 30 seconds from famous Layla Bakery and 2 mins walk from Portobello Market and a little street with cosy restaurants and bars. It’s an optimal location to be in the heart of the neighbourhood while being away from the noise.

I think it’s good! I would change the part about it being cramped because it reads worse than it is

About the flat 🏠:
The flat is on the ground floor (not basement!) with a big living room and lots of natural light. The bedroom is fully furnished with high ceilings. While it doesn’t have a closet, there is a large set of drawers and a shared wardrobe in the living room where we keep our coats or dresses (pending the season).

About the bills 💸:
Rent - £1280 (it might increase by 5% with the annual inflation update)
Utilities £150-200 (with more in the winter due to heat)
Cleaner £25 (cleaner comes once a month to do a proper clean and we try to maintain it throughout the month)

About me!

I’m Natalia (30). I have lived in Russia and the US prior to the UK and been here for 7 years now! I work in consulting and I like travelling (try to get out of here every 6 weeks or so) reading, trying various cocktail bars and currently am training for Hyrox!
