Bright small single room next to Hilly Fields

We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our lovely home! We aren't a party house, but we do value a social atmosphere. We’re hoping to find someone quiet, clean, and respectful who’d enjoy the occasional movie night, takeaway, or sharing a bottle of wine.

The room is a small single, nice and bright and it comes furnished. Bills average out at around about £150 per month (depending on the time of year) and this includes Broadband. We have a good sized lounge, large kitchen, garden and a shared bathroom. There would also be parking in the front drive available.

You’d be living with me and one other girl. We’re both working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s who enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere after a busy day at the office.

Nearby, there are some nice pubs, the lovely Hilly Fields park and Lewisham shopping centre is just over a 10 minute walk away.

There are 4 stations all within walking distance - Ladywell (8 mins), Lewisham (12 mins), St Johns (12 mins) and Brockley (15 mins).
