Double rooms in lgbtq+ friendly house with garden

Hi! I'm looking for two relaxed, easy-going professionals who don't work from home to be housemates and share a home with me, my partner and a big, friendly ginger cat. He doesn't like other animals so I can't accept lodgers with other pets.

There are currently two rooms available for two lodgers (sorry no couples). They furnished and well-decorated with wooden floors throughout.

The bedrooms have a wooden floor, and one is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, the other is at the front of the house overlooking a cherry tree in a quiet road with a park at the end of it. Both rooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers, chair and bedside lamp.

The house is situated 2 minutes from Ladywell station (that serves Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross within 15 minutes and Hayes in the other direction), parks to the side, end of the road and back of the garden, and right round the corner from Ladywell high street with 2 cafes, a deli, post office, several hairdressers and corner shops. It's only 10 minutes walk to Lewisham High Street, which has a shopping centre with many stores, and two supermarkets nearby. It's also 15 minutes walk from Brockley, which has more pubs, cafes, delis, shops etc.

Downstairs is an open-plan living room (with 40 inch tv), oak flooring which opens out into the dining area and a recently renovated kitchen, patio doors onto a patio to the garden.

There's a 70ft garden out the back which is great for barbecues in the summer.

I'm a professional and am part of a relaxed household...

ALL bills are included, including wifi-broadband, and contents insurance. There is a washing machine, new range cooker, central heating and recently refurbished kitchen and both rooms have access to a bathroom and freestanding bath and shower, to share with one other housemate.
