looking for someone to take over my lovely sized double room in a clean and chill 3 bed flat in ladywell (7 mins to ladywell station, 15 to brockley overground and 12 mins to lewisham station/DLR). the flat backs onto hilly fields park so you have a green space right on your door step, along with lewisham for main shops (asda, shopping centre, etc) and ladywell/brockley for cute deli’s/health foods/good coffee !

the room is the biggest in the flat with a king sized bed/mattress and built in storage and wardrobe space.
the flat has a shared kitchen/living room area with a tv with streaming services, and leads out through two sets of double doors to a private back courtyard area which is gorgeous to sit in now the weather is warmer.
the flat has a bath/shower and washing machine.

you’d be sharing with a M (32) who works freelance and F (27) who is doing an MA at goldsmiths
