Large, Bright Room Overlooking Hilly Fields Park

Beautiful room in a semi-detached house a stone’s throw away from Hilly Fields park. Ideally located for Brockley, Ladywell and Lewisham. The room and house have lots of natural light. Big garden and plenty of surrounding green spaces, but also really good transport links to London Bridge, Charing Cross, and the windrush line from Brockley.

We love living together communally and want someone who will fit in nicely to our caring, creative, music-loving house. We have fun, but it's not a party house. We want the house to be a good working environment and safe space.

The room is flooded with natural light thanks to large windows at both ends, giving it a wonderfully airy feel throughout the day. Original parquet wood flooring runs throughout, adding character and warmth. Although technically not an en suite, there is a bathroom with a shower right outside.

The room comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

Ella, Melissa, Sherief, and Cleo the cat. Late 20s/early 30s, Queer, POC, in the creative/music worlds.

Looking for
Someone kind, clean and tidy, soft and silly. Must be good at communication so we can live together in a way where everyone’s happy and able to talk about problems freely. No avoidant behaviour building into resentment please!

Late 20s-30s would probably make most sense.
