My wonderful friend and flatmate Liva is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Ladywell Village ✨

The room is a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The bed and mattress are included. There is also an additional storage room with a washer and dryer, so there's lots of space to keep things organised.

🏠 The Flat

The apartment is modern, bright, and incredibly well connected. It has a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances (including a wine fridge 🍷), a private patio, landscaped communal gardens, a video doorbell, and both lift and stair access, but we are on the ground floor.

There is another bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway!

We also share a few household subscriptions, including Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, and HBO Max for cosy evenings in 📺

The flat is located in the heart of Ladywell Village, with lovely cafés, independent shops, restaurants, and pubs right on your doorstep.
