Large double room in Lewisham/Ladywell

Double room available from August 1 in a friendly and respectful SE London house! I'm moving out after two years only because I'm buying, and looking for a new tenant to join my two lovely housemates.

The house is between Lewisham and Ladywell, 7 minute walk to either station with fast trains into London Bridge (10 mins), Waterloo, Charing Cross, Victoria, and DLR line. Lots of cafes, pubs, bars, gyms and Lewisham shopping centre within walking distance. Hilly Fields is just 10 mins away and lovely in the summer for a picnic. Ladywell Park nearby is also great for runners.

The room is on the third floor and a good size. Partly furnished with a large mirror wardrobe and storage drawers. Desk, small chest of drawers, bed and mattress are my own (I'm open to leaving them behind for a fee if this is of interest).

A bathroom next door with a shower is basically your own en-suite (one other housemate uses the shower occasionally during the week but never in the mornings).

Rent is £995 plus bills which are around £140. The landlady is lovely and has been very reasonable and accommodating (we had a dog previously).

There's a large living room and dining room, plus well-equipped kitchen with island. Bi-folding doors open to a lovely patio and garden where we have evening drinks or BBQs in the summer.

The remaining housemates are a journalist (31) and architectural assistant (30). We're keen to find a housemate who wants to be friends rather than strangers. My housemates love organising the occasional pub/pizza trip, shared dinner or movie/games night, but are also busy professionals so there's never any pressure.
