I’m moving out of this lovely house and looking for someone to replace me from 3rd August onwards.
You would be sharing with 3 other amazing girls - all female professionals in a large terraced house, backing on to Ladywell Fields. There’s a double living room and large separate kitchen with dishwasher, garden, large shared bathroom plus a toilet. The room will have a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
10 minute walk to Ladywell Station / Catford station with direct train to London Bridge and Charing Cross in 25 minutes. Close to Brockley overground plus DLR in Lewisham, good bus links etc.
Rent is £525/month and bills total around £125/month.
