Spacious double room available in a lovely flat just 3 minutes from Ladywell Station — only 10 minutes by train to London Bridge. Lewisham Station is also about a 10-minute walk away, with easy DLR connections to Bank.

A little about the flat: I’m a single professional, working full-time, and I’m also very into music. The flat is basically home to a small collection of instruments — guitars, piano, saxophone, ukulele and plenty more! 🎶 It would be great to have someone who plays an instrument too, but definitely not essential.

The flat is above a vibrant live music venue, which means we get 50% off drinks and free entry to concerts and gigs. 🎤🍻

One of the best things about the place is our huge private rooftop — perfect for summer evenings, amazing sunsets and drinks with friends. We even have a projector for rooftop movie nights when the weather behaves! 🌇🎬

I also have a lovely black cat, so I’m looking for someone who is pet-friendly and not allergic to cats. 🐈‍⬛
