1 Month Sublet in Lovely Ladywell Houseshare

Hello, I’m looking for a friendly tidy respectful person to sublet my room in my lovely house share in Ladywell for 1 month from the 11th Oct to 8th Nov (4 weeks).

£800 bills included.

You’ll be living with my two lovely housemates and friends, Francesca and Tom who are in their 30s and 40s.

The room overlooks our garden and gets lots of lovely light and is a peaceful space.

There are two bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room and studio room and lovely garden that we are enjoying growing things in.

The house is a home and calm sanctuary we enjoy to come back to to connect with eachother, restore and recharge. We occasionally cook and eat together but also respect our needs for space. We keep the house clean and would ask you do your bit to contribute to that too. We are very close to Ladywell station (5 min walk) and Lewisham (14 min walk)
