Hi everyone, I’m offering the room for a 1–3 month short-term let from April. Feel free to get in touch if this might suit you.

The room is available from April 2026 for a minimum of 1 week.
New DOUBLE BED. Rental dates are flexible.
Rent is £225 per week, including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas).

Peaceful 2-bed flat:

- Double bed
- Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom
- Imperial War Museum Park (2 mins walk)
- 9-minute walk from Elephant and Castle
- Short walk from Kennington and Waterloo
- Short walk from Tesco, Sainsbury's and Iceland

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6-minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) is 9 minutes, and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) is 12 minutes.
