Hi everyone, I'm offering this room for a single person from the 1st of November.

My female flatmate is moving out, and I'm ideally looking for someone who is quiet and tidy, doesn't work from home, and who can move in on or very close to the 1st of November.

LONG TERM: Rent is £850 per month, or
SHORT TERM: £250 per week

Including ALL bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and gas).

Peaceful 3-bed flat:

Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom
Imperial War Museum Park (2 mins walk)
9-minute walk from Elephant and Castle
Short walk from Kennington and Waterloo
Short walk from Tesco, Sainsbury's and Iceland

Just a heads-up: the flat isn’t modern, and there’s a bit of cosmetic wear in places, which is reflected in the price.

The place is really well connected by tube: Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line) is a 6-minute walk, Elephant and Castle station (Northern Line) is 9 minutes, and Waterloo station (Jubilee Line) is 12 minutes.

A little about me: I'm a sound engineer and I've lived in this flat for 11 years. I'm into creativity, healthy eating, swimming, and music.
