We want to share our large double room with an extremely clean and tidy female tenant. Keeping clean shower and kitchen is extremely mandatory rule, because we always keep clean after we use, so if you will not do same please don't waste our time. We are very friendly people. We always keep clean that is why we ask exactly same thing from the tenant.
Short term students are ok as well.

Small size dogs are welcome as well. We love them.
