Roomy and reasonably priced double room available in Lambeth for 3 weeks (6 December to 27 December)

Room is temporarily available while current tenant is overseas. This is NOT a permanent let.

The room comes fully furnished with bed and desk, chair, wardrobe, TV and drawers for storage (will also leave pillow/duvet/sheets as needed) . We also have a loft and some room under the stairs to store suitcases/ excess stuff. The house itself has all the standard amenities and includes a garden.

You'll be sharing with 3 people ages 27-32. We are a friendly house who like to cook, and occasionally watch TV together but have our own friendship groups in London. We are all working full-time, in office or at home. We're looking for someone tidy, respectful and clean.

Great location close to good bus links, 10 mins walk to Victoria, Northern , and Bakerloo lines, 10 mins to Vauxhall train and bus station, next to the River Thames and many parks. You can pretty much cycle to anywhere in central London in 20mins

Rent is £185 pw inclusive of all bills.
