Room available in lovely Waterloo flat

Hi! We have a room available in our shared flat in Lambeth North, around a 5-minute walk from Lambeth North station and really close to Waterloo and the Imperial War Museum. Rent is £775pcm, with bills usually around £110–£120 per month split between the flat.

You’d be living with me and one of my close friends (male) — we’re both really friendly and sociable, but also pretty independent and respectful of each other’s space. We’re also both very clean and tidy, so we’re ideally looking for someone similar who’ll help keep the flat a nice space to live in.
