My lovely flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for someone amazing to take over her tenancy starting from the 1st of June (can be flex till June 7)! Flat is in Kennington

The flat is perfectly located in Kennington with amazing connections:

Transport: A bus stop is right outside the door, a 7-minute walk to Kennington Station (Northern line), and a 10-minute walk to Lambeth North (Bakerloo line).

The Area: There are fantastic local coffee shops and a great gym studio right nearby. Plus, it's easy to get to Waterloo, Clapham, Battersea, and Bermondsey! 🤠
