The landlord has said he wants to sell so it has been on the market for ~2 months. He’s asking for more than it’s worth so the selling agent thinks it will sit on the market for a while, he also owns the property next door and that’s was on the market for a year before he gave up😂 If he does sell you have a 2 month notice period as standard.

I’m only moving out by chance as a close friend has a room in a 2 bed flat.
