A room in a very lovely 4 bed house. Location is very green, quiet, just 8min walk to both stations, Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle. All housemates are girls at the moment, house is very clean and chill, bathroom is shared between 3 people. Everyone works different schedules so it doesn’t feel like 4 people live in. Very sad to leave this house but I am moving to Manchester. Bills are approx. £150 per month, little bit more in winter. Viewings will be held on Sunday 5th July only.
