Double Bedroom Available in Zone 1

(Move-in date flexible) I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy in a two-bed flat in a clean and lively area, just a short walk from the Thames!

EXCELLENT transport links: around an 8-minute walk to Vauxhall Station (Zone 1), with access to the Victoria Line, SWR trains, and buses. Around a 12-minute walk to Kennington Station (Zone 1/2), from which you can access the entire Northern Line.

If you prefer walking, the flat is about a 35-minute walk to Holborn, Covent Garden, and Charing Cross. It's really about as central as you can get!

The Flat --
The flat includes a living room, a storage room equipped with a tumble-drier, a well-presented and functional kitchen, and a nicely-decorated bathroom. The flat benefits from tiled floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, good signal reception, gas stove and heating, and double-glazed windows. It is very well-lit throughout, never had issues with mould etc.

I work in the office 5 days a week, so if you work from home feel free to use the living room as a home office!

The Room--
The available room is a double-bed (with a memory foam mattress!) with underbed storage. It comes with blackout curtains and blinds, a wardrobe, a console table, and a nightstand. The landlord is very personable and responsive to requests for furniture, if required.

Bills --
Generally between £50 - 100 ppm depending on use (incl. WiFi, Water, Gas, Electricity).

Council tax: Band D (Lambeth)

Tesco Express (5 min walk), GP (5 min walk), independent cafes, pubs, parks, and generally a very friendly vibe!
