Double room in a 2-bed flat in Kennington (Zone 1)

I'm looking to replace my flatmate in our 2-bed flat in Kennington. The room available is a large double room. The flat has a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a balcony, one bathroom with a bath/shower, 2 double bedrooms and plenty of storage space. The flat is part of a quiet gated complex with a lovely shared garden and a good community.

I am a 26 year old male from Northumberland working as a forensic scientist in London. I love pub quizzes, films, TV, reading and board games. Ideally looking for a young professional of a similar age and interests who is tidy and social!

The move-in date would ideally be the 30th of August but we can be a little bit flexible if it's a good fit.
