Double room to rent in a three-bed, two-bath apartment, available from late August. The room is furnished, including a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair (more pictures coming soon).

The property is split over two floors. The downstairs has a bathroom, kitchen and living room, with the bedrooms and another large bathroom on the upper floor. Both bathrooms are equpped with full baths and overhead showers. The kitchen contains all standard appliances (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob) as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has a TV and two comfortable sofas.

The property is located on the top (third) floor of a building with an electronic entry system. There is elevator access, as well as large green space in front of the building. Bus stops (2 minute walk) provide easy access to Waterloo, Victoria, Brixton, and Oxford Street/Soho. Lambeth North tube station (Bakerloo line) is a 5 minute walk away. Local amenities include grocery/convenience stores (including an ATM), cafes and the Imperial War Museum and the surrounding park.

Rent is £1,084/person pcm, which includes heating. Other bills (including WiFi) are paid separately and split equally between all tenants. The property is in council tax band C. This is a non-smoking property. The room is available from late August, with an expected move-in date on or around the 27th (some flexibility may be possible).

The existing tenants are both professionals in full-time employment in their mid-late 20s, one female, one non-binary (AFAB). The tenants are queer- and disability friendly. Similar ages/genders, professionals and single tenants preferred, although others will be considered.
