Bright, spacious double room available in a friendly downstairs flat in Elephant and Castle. £1100 per month, bills included. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

You’ll share a large open-plan kitchen and living room, plus access to a garden. The living room TV comes with some streaming services you’re welcome to use.

You’d be living with two male flatmates — young working professionals, easygoing and sociable, up for a night out or weekend brunch without being too rowdy.

Available now until end of December, with a possible extension by arrangement. Great for a study abroad student doing a semester in London, or anyone after a few months’ stay.
