🏡 Large double room available in Brixton – early October – £1,100 + bills

Looking for someone lovely to take over my housemate’s room in our 2-bed flat in Brixton from early October.

It would just be me and you sharing the flat. I’m 30 and work as a Senior Sales Exec for a tech company. I work hybrid, so I’m usually either working from home, in our Central London office or out at client meetings.

My current housemate is moving to Prague 🥲 She’s lived here for 6 years and I moved in just under a year ago. I absolutely love the flat and it really feels like home, so I’d love to find someone great to stay here with.

The flat has a lovely big living space and a huge private terrace off the living room, which is amazing in summer.

I DJ as a hobby and play gigs most weekends, so I have my decks set up in the living room. Someone into music / the music industry would definitely be a bonus, but absolutely not essential! And don’t worry, when I’m mixing at home on my own I use headphones 😂

I’m pretty chilled during the week as my job can be quite demanding usually swimming, cooking, watching TV or learning music production then I’m generally out and about more at weekends.

📍 Less than 10 mins to Loughborough Junction

Rent is £1,100 pcm + bills, usually around £200–£250 each depending on the time of year.

Looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and sociable who wants the flat to actually feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
