I have one double bedroom available in a bright and welcoming flat in North Lambeth, in a great location close to Lambeth Bridge, Westminster and Waterloo!

The flat

The flat is a friendly and comfortable space, and I’m looking for someone who would enjoy sharing a home rather than just a place to sleep. All bills are included, and the available double bedroom comes furnished, with the flexibility to decorate and make it your own.
Students and working professionals are both welcome.

About Me:

I’m a civil servant and recently bought my first flat, but I’ve always lived with flatmates and am looking forward to sharing the space with someone.
I enjoy a sociable home where you can have a chat post work or share the occasional dinner while equally respecting each other’s space and routines.
Outside of work, I sing in several choirs, so music is a big part of my life! I also love reading and travel.

The location

The location is the best part - the flat is located in North Lambeth, close to Lambeth Bridge and within easy reach of Westminster and Waterloo, making it a great option for anyone commuting into central London.

Transport links are excellent, with several stations nearby:
Lambeth North - a short walk away, on the Bakerloo line, with direct connections to Waterloo, Oxford Circus and Paddington.
Waterloo – within walking distance, offering the Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo & City lines, as well as National Rail services for travel across London and beyond.
Vauxhall – another nearby option, with the Victoria line and National Rail services.
Local buses – plenty of routes nearby connecting you to Westminster, Victoria, the West End and other parts of London.

With central London on your doorstep and great transport links nearby, it’s a great spot for anyone looking to reduce London commuting times!
