I have a double bedroom available in the Southbank (Lambeth North) area of Central London, Zone 1 for rent. Post code SE1 7DX.

I am looking for a short let of a few months, so it would suit a Masters student at either South Bank, Kings College, SOAS or UCL, all of which are very close by. Or an individual looking purely for a short term let. At the end of January I need you to have moved out so I can renovate the room. Minimum stay two months, ideally you will stay until the end of December, but up until the end if January need be.

The room is on the first floor of well presented, lovely redbrick flat. The flat itself comprises of 4 bedrooms (currently 1 room available & 2 other flat mates) & 1 bathroom.

There is a cleaner who comes round every 2 weeks to make sure the place is kept very clean, also included in the £885 price tag. I suppose the rent price is negotiable..

It has everything you would need, a double sized bed, desk with chair, central heating, a built in cupboard with plenty of storage space above that too, an additional cupboard with a three draw chest of draws below it, and blinds for the windows.
