My flatmate, Alexandra, and I are looking for two new housemates to replace us in our three-bedroom flat, with move-in by 13th August (earlier move-ins can be accommodated too). Our lovely other flatmate, Courtney, is remaining (scroll down to read a bit more about her).

We've lived long-term and genuinely loved calling it home. Lambeth North offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, residential neighborhood right in the heart of central London. There are lovely local parks, great pubs, cafés, and everything Waterloo has to offer just a short walk away. The area is home to a mix of professionals, students, and families, giving it a friendly community feel despite being Zone 1.

I’m Courtney, a 25-year-old graduate student at the University of Westminster studying Digital Marketing. I recently moved to London from the U. S (Arkansas to be exact, so I do say “ya’ll frequently and unironically). I am very sociable, tidy, and enjoy having a friendly home where everyone feels comfortable. When I am not in lectures, I love traveling, reading, attending concerts, doing pilates, following f1, exploring London more, etc. At the same time, I do appreciate a cosy night in watching some trash tv.
