Double room in Lancaster Gate

Hey everyone!

This is Leonard, Juliette, and Nicolas
We are three friends and young professionals from Switzerland and have been living in London for some time. We work in finance.

Our fourth flatmate is moving out soon and we have a double room available from mid-June / mid-July.

Our flat is a very spacious four-bedroom property on the top floor (with lift) of a beautiful Victorian building, moments away from Kensington Gardens, Bayswater and Paddington. The flat comprises three double bedrooms, one ensuite master bedroom, two bathrooms, one kitchen and a huge living room.

The double bedroom available is large, comes fully furnished, with a double bed, and plenty of closet space. The house is fully furnished (as you can see in the images above) and there is no need to buy anything kitchen or flat related.

As we are a group of friends, we do tend to spend some time together, whether for a dinner party, for a fun night out or a trip abroad.

We are looking for someone clean and tidy, ready to commit to a long tenancy agreement. Further details will be provided in dm.

We cannot wait to hear from you and, hopefully, find not just a flatmate but a new friend!
