🏡 Flat: on the 3rd floor. In the main floor we have the kitchen and a big living room with a big table perfect for dinner with friends. A sofa and a TV. There is also a small balcony and lots of windows so it’s a bright flat. On the first floor are the rooms, the toilet and bathroom and a terrace

👯‍♀️Tenants: Özge (33, Turkish) works as a postdoctoral researcher. She is easy-going, respectful, and considerate, and likes to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. She enjoys a calm and friendly home environment where everyone feels comfortable. While she's fairly quiet during the week, she's always happy to have a chat or share a meal from time to time.
Yolanda, 37yo Spanish, works in finance Mon-Fri with some days wfh. Loves sitting on the sofa watching TV

We maintain the communal areas clean and tidy and so we expect the third tenant to do so too, we take turns to clean the flat on a weekly basis but we are also open to hire a cleaner.
