We are currently searching for a friendly individual to join our household available from the 4th of June 2026.

The room offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, complemented with a lovely sunset view in the evenings.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 working professionals (Sebastian is an Online Marketing manager and Nisa is a Camera Assistant).

We are both open minded individuals, who are looking to live with someone with common values. We both like to keep the shared areas of the flat clean and tidy and would want any new flat mate to do the same.

Conveniently located between both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction stations you will have access to great transportation links. Several bus routes take you directly into central London in 30 minutes or less!

The monthly rent for the room is an affordable £666.66. Utility bills are not included in this price, but usually amount to around £150 per month depending on season.
