Area is very quite but ideally you should be I like living with people and feeling them about .
I travel a great deal my wife living in France ( a real bi guy )and hate to come home to a dead space also the garden needs watering . share milk and spices etc , the place is small and easily cleaned when about I clean if you want it squeaky you do it ..
in middle of working on bathroom if you urgent need to move in .

Area is young and vibrant Clapham common and Battersea park a quick walk away also the new hub of Battersea power station although not my thing.
There is an electric piano if interested and so many cookery books
No tube but many buses yet the tube is easily reached also Clapham junction station.
I tend to work all of the time up the Hill at my studio if not away .
