A clean and tidy Victorian terrace in a quiet and friendly part of Leyton/Walthamstow. I'm an architect working in Picadilly looking for similar creative professionals to take the spare bedrooms.

It's important to me that the house is always kept a clean and relaxing environment, and it would be great to have some like-minded lodgers to enjoy the space.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor close to the main bathroom which would only be used by the lodgers.

The house is equidistant from Blackhorse Road (Victoria Line), Walthamstow (Victoria Line) and Leyton (Central Line) Tubes. It takes me 35mins on a good day to cycle to Camden. There is also the Leyton Midland Road (to Gospel Oak) and St. James Street (to Liverpool Street) Overground stations within 15mins walk and numerous buses that head towards Clapton, Hackney and Oxford Circus nearby.
