This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers great city views and a lovely open-plan kitchen/living area. The available room is a generous double, with a king-size bed, desk, two bedside drawers, a wardrobe, a 50-inch smart TV, and exclusive use of the bathroom next door. There’s also plenty of room if you want to add a desk or any extra furniture.

A bit about me: I work in electronic music/events and enjoy cooking, the arts, travel, music production, and checking out live music or festivals. I’m also into sports like football and cricket, and I love spending time in nature.

Generally keep the house pretty clean and tidy, like to have people over for food and drinks from time to time, but nothing really too wild. Can be nice to get the decks out on the balcony in summer etc.

As this is my home, I’m all about keeping the vibes warm and chill. I’ve made great friends with people I’ve shared with before, so I’d love to know a little about you to see if we’d be a good fit. I’m also open to tenants with friendly, house-trained pets. 😊

Lea Bridge station is just a minute’s walk away, so you can easily get to Stratford in 6 minutes, Tottenham Hale in 4 minutes, and Hackney Central in 13 minutes by bus. The area has a great selection of pubs, restaurants, and convenient shops like Aldi and Greggs.
