The location is a short walk to Lea Bridge station (1 stop to Stratford or Tottenham Hale) and on 24hr bus lines and a bike path. Clapton, Leyton and Walthamstow are all close by, and there’s tons of green space around. Rent is £950 + bills (£200) No pets or couples please.

I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to co-create an artistic/ wholesome home environment.

- You’re super type A about keeping the flat clean and tidy
- You have a green thumb and are happy to help with taking care of houseplants and the garden
- You’ve got your own thing going on, but are down to chill and cook together if we’re both around. Think planting the garden together and having BBQ’s next summer.
- You like the occasional night out, but won’t be bringing people back to sesh. I view home as a calming tranquil space, and hopefully you do too!

A bit about me - I’m Canadian, a musician (also work 9-5) and super into wellness, nature and food. My studio will be up in the loft space, so you’d need to be cool with hearing me sing sometimes.
