🌞 Summer Sublet · Bright, Airy Room in E10

Subletting my room while I'm away this summer, and looking for someone who'll take care of it and fit naturally into the vibe of the flat.

Would suit a female creative 25+, but open to hearing from anyone who thinks they might be the right fit. You'd be sharing with one other - the owner of the flat, who is a singer & musician.

We both have active social lives but love being at home too: cooking dinners, keeping things calm and tidy, and enjoying our own space. It's a genuinely gorgeous flat, beautifully renovated, and a lovely home to come back to.

Dates: 7th June to 7th August - flexible on either end, but ideally as close to those dates as possible

The Room

Bright and airy with lots of natural light
King-size bed with Simba mattress
Chest of drawers, clothes rail, cupboards and shelves
Space for under-bed storage
Fully furnished and ready to move into

The Flat

Spacious two-bedroom apartment, shared with one other (the owner)
Full bathroom with a great bath
Washing machine
High-spec kitchen with dishwasher
Garden
Shared living room, works well as a WFH space
Converted loft used as a creative workspace for flatmate, doubles as guest room

Location

Short walk to Leyton Jubilee Park, Walthamstow Wetlands, and WaterWorks Bird Reserve
Close to great cafés, delis, and a large Aldi
10 mins to Lea Bridge Station (one stop to Tottenham Hale or Stratford, giving access to almost all tube lines)

Rent: £1075pcm, all bills included except a monthly cleaner & any bits/bobs needed for flat - washing up liquid, toilet paper etc (split equally)
