We are two creatives -- a filmmaker/carpenter and a musician/composer -- looking for a third person to join our little community at Mainyard Studios.

The available studio is a large, flexible space downstairs. It can be reconfigured to suit how you work, and can be made much larger than what you see in the photos. It works well for one person, or could be shared between two. It's hard to appreciate it until you see it in person, so we'd love to show you around.

It would suit an artist, photographer, designer, maker, animator, carpenter or any creative who needs a proper work space rather than just a desk in a room.

Rent is £800 pcm or £400 pcm each if shared

Access includes:
– Free onsite parking
– Shutter doors to carpark (good for unloading / loading etc)
– Access to kitchen in the studio
